We are Caroline (27) and Peter (28) from Germany / Italy. Caro is a teacher for English and Spanish and Peter is a theatre director. In February we are going to start our 5 month trip to South America. Because we like to explore other countries through the eyes of locals and residents we are excited to find interesting and openminded people who show us their lifestyle. :)

As I (Caro) study to become a Spanish and English teacher in Germany I'm very interested in having experience with teaching abroad. I already work in high school for a year now, so I got knowledge in teaching children from the age of 9 to 16. Besides, we both would like to improve our Spanish skills.

About Caro:
I have a lot of experience working with children. I was an Au-pair in Spain for about 10 month where I spent a lot of time with 3 kids (age of 2,4,6). I have experience in babysitting and teaching Spanish and English to children from the age of 9 to 16. Also, I worked in restaurants as a server.
Besides, I have experiences when it comes to working with tourists. As we live at the Baltic Sea many tourists from all over the world visit our city. Therefore I worked as a tour guide in Rostock and Berlin.
I'm interested in other food cultures and love to cook myself. As my parents have a big garden I have experience with gardening as well.

About Peter:
Through my studies and my experience in theatre I learned a lot about the educational value of arts as well as community based projects in particular. My work demands a creative exchange with a large spectrum of young, old or marginalized people in order to challenge social issues. I was born and raised in Italy. I translate from German to Italian / English. Also, I used to work as a bartender during my time at university in the UK.
