In CPT for about 1.5 months now. Interested in charity work, exploring nature and hiking, learning new things, discovering different cultures and connecting with people from all over the world.

Beschreibung

I recently finished my psychology degree and decided to travel a bit before starting the next chapter of my life. I’ve been in Cape Town for about a month and a half now and I absolutely love it here. At the same time, I’d really like to explore more of South Africa. So I decided to join Workaway because I want to experience traveling in a more meaningful way. Instead of just visiting places, I would love to connect with people, learn about local cultures and be part of everyday life in different communities.

I’ve always dreamed of getting involved in social projects, learning about different cultures and meeting people from all kinds of backgrounds. I’m open to learning new things and stepping out of my comfort zone. Whether it’s helping with social projects, gardening, working with animals or supporting daily tasks, I enjoy hands on work and contributing where I can.

I’m also fascinated by wildlife and nature and Africa is an incredibly inspiring place for this. For me, traveling is not only about seeing new places but also about personal growth. I love meeting new people, hearing their stories and exchanging perspectives. At the same time, I hope I can give something back by helping and supporting others.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I have already travelled to Australia and New Zealand when I was 17. After that, I lived in Paris for one year, where I worked in a kindergarten. I also did some voluntary work with children and worked as a sports coach. In addition I am a paramedic.
I recently finished my psychology degree. During my studies, I worked in a medical practice and also supported families, helping women during pregnancy and postpartum as well as assisting elderly people with everyday tasks at home.
