Hi, im Paprika and I´m 20 years old.
I've finished highschool this year and I'm taking a sabbatical in 2026.
I have always been interested in working with animals and im thinking about, becoming a vet. Therefore i would love to get some more experience in working with animals. I have prior experience in working with horses. I have been riding icelandic horses since i´m 12 years old.
Moreover i like to cook, I'm vegetarian, and it's fun to try more alternatives.
I like beeing creative, recently i've started to crochet and i use a lot of my freetime with different projects, e.g. a hat for my mum and right now for my boyfriend.
I also like spending time with my friends, taking trips or just playing bordgames.
I certainly want to travel a bit, but more important for me is, to find a place with good company and somewhere where i can enjoy my everyday. Fx by working outside with animals.
I live in northern Germany but i've attended a danish school and am strongly connected to Denmark, so i would love to see something else, but i does not have to be on the other side of the world.

Hi, my name is Jacob and i'm 20 years old.
I've finished school two years ago and took one sabatical year to travel and earn money. I started studying History at Aarhus university in September of 2025, but dropped out due to differences between expectation and reality. I'm now looking forward to start an apprenticeship as a carpenter at the start of 2027.
I don't have a ton of prior experince in carpentry, but I enjoy working with wood and building things from the ground up. I would also call myself a fast learner that is interested in getting some more experiences.
I like working with all different kinds of animals and do have some prior experience with our pets (Cats, Dogs and Horses).
I've been vegetarian for nearly 10 years and try to be vegan most of the time, therefore is it not new to me to cook for myself or for others and i'm always happy to share my food and show people alternatives.
In my downtime i like to read and play all kinds of community games from sports to boards.
Good company is definetly the most important part for me during our staiys and i'm very positive that we will find that with you.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Paprika:
I'm very organised and I like to make plans and know what will happen the next day.
I'm good at explaining and teaching and I can be very patient.
I've finished highschool with focus on sports and maths. Which I'm still interested in, but my focus for the future will probably shift more to medicine.
I speak danish an german on a level where I could teach it.
For school I've moved out with 16 years old and I learned a lot living on my own.
I can play a bit piano and got a guitar last year, which i haven't practiced with since... so if you play guitar, i would love to learn the basics at least :)

Jacob:
I'm a fast learner and I don't need alot of time to become comftable with new tasks.
I've worked as a server at a resturant for a year and am not shy meeting new people both proffesionally and in private.
I am pretty empathetic and have no trouble with understanding different perspectives.
I've also moved out and have experience with living on my own

Was noch ...

We like sports, especially cykling and weight lifting.
We both grew up with siblings (2&4) and know how to share a space
We both went to danish schools. Paprika spent a year in Denmark in 10th grade, where i shared my room with one roomie, which worked perfectly well.
With our friends we like to play Doppelkopf, which is a german cardgame for four persons, that we would totally teach you.
