Hey there, it's nice to meet you! My name is Norbert, I’m 26 years old and come from Germany. I studied Digital Business and worked in e-commerce before deciding to take a break and explore Japan on a Working Holiday.

I visited Japan last year and was really impressed by the culture, the calm atmosphere, and the kindness of the people. This time, I want to stay longer, learn more about the language, and experience daily life from a local perspective instead of rushing through as a tourist.

I speak German, English, and Hungarian, and I enjoy getting to know different cultures and ways of life. I love animals, especially dogs, and would be happy to help with any work involving them. I also enjoy simple, hands-on tasks like gardening, cleaning, or helping around the house, and I like working with people who value teamwork and respect. Cooking is something I like doing in my free time — I’m not a master chef, but I enjoy experimenting with new dishes and recipes.

Back in 2018, I did my first Working Holiday in Australia, which taught me how much you can learn about yourself and others when living and working abroad. Since then, I’ve wanted to explore another part of the world and Japan has always been on top of my list.

In my free time, I like exploring new places, relaxing with a good beer and nice company, and having long, easygoing conversations. I’m looking forward to helping out, learning from others, and making genuine connections along the way.
