Hi! Welcome to my profile. My name is Noëmie, 28 years old French.

I started this workaway journey as I was dissatisfied and unfulfilled with the life I was having in France. I needed change. To get out of my comfort zone. I needed and still need to challenge myself. To see new things and face different situations.

Back to before I left, I was working as a barista, and was in contact with customers from all over the world. I liked my job and the people I was serving, but couldn't see any possible evolution. What decided me to make a change though was that I felt I had no life outside of my job, due to long working days and quite a lot of transportation. It wasn't bearable anymore. I felt miserable and my health was declining. I realised it was time to make a change.

After only a few month, I now feel a lot better. As the days pass, I am realising I want to assist others in their tasks, be part of projects, try new things, interact with people.
It is somehow challenging for me as I got used to be on my own a lot these last years, but I know it is what's good for me. So, I want to keep going!

Aside of this, I am interested into arts, reading, photography, yoga, visiting new places, and getting to know local cultures by visiting markets or going to different events and places. I am also good with computer and cooking.
