*Looking for Workaway in a COLIVING OR COWORKING PLACE TO VOLUNTEER AS A COMMUNITY MANAGER Hi! I'm Dominika (or Nika in short). I love collecting new experiences, I believe this is what life is about (at least my life). I've decided to take a fun detour from the corporate world of Physical Security Consulting to explore fresh opportunities and meet the coolest, kindest, and most intriguing people out there and do things that are more meaningful to me.

I'm on a mission to live life consciously, taking each step with a dash of mindfulness.

I have lived in a few countries and speak fluent English and Polish plus some German, Spanish and a bit of Arabic. I absolute adore dogs ❤️... and chocolate... and freshly baked bread... and coffee - I can't say 'no' to these things and have quit trying to :).

Dancing and writing are my creative outlets. Books are my trusted companions, and I devour everything from behavioural economics, business, marketing, psychology, investing, personal development to spirituality.
I'm always up for learning new skills.

I'm easy-going, considerate, curious, reliable, funny and I think people really enjoy talking and spending time with me. I always have some kind of story to tell (often involving me doing something silly :)

I don't have any addictions. Don't smoke/vape.

After ditching my corporate gig as a Consultant, I set off on a quest to find activities that are more "me."I love organising fun, engaging and inventive events, partnerships, and workshops (non-parties, those days are over). I'm a natural networker with a creative mind, driven by my passion for fostering collaboration and meaningful connections.
Think of me as the "judicious, yet cool older sister" who empowers people to connect, create, and thrive.

✅Event Planning & Execution:
I have organised and host an array of networking events in various countries (Australia, UAE, BALI), encompassing: business networking sessions, social gatherings, creative meetups, educational workshops, speed friending activities, book club meetings, yoga sessions, and investment presentations, all geared towards cultivating meaningful discussion, sparking connection and building a cohesive community atmosphere.

✅Creative Minds
As a writer I understand the importance of connection with fellow artists. I host creative meetups and promote opportunities for people to showcase their work.

✅Yoga & Dance
I am a certified Kundalini, Hatha, Meditation, Breathwork Yoga teacher and can lead yoga sessions.
I can lead choreographed dance classes with a focus on fun pop music video-style routines, perfect for ladies looking to dance and have a blast.

✅Marketing and Promotion (an area I’d like to learn even more about):
•Creating content for social media
•Updating the website (incl. blogging)
•Finding ways to promote the venue through diverse channels, exploring low-cost, high-value marketing avenues.

I have an e-store (WordPress) so marketing is something I found to be crucial yet challenging so would love to learn efficient ways to promote a product/service.

✅ Administrative Support:
•Managing platforms, including booking sites, WordPress etc. I have an e-store and a blog on WordPress which I manage myself (can’t do any site dev nor coding)
•Providing general administrative assistance, such as creating schedules and recording expenses.
•I’m familiar with platforms like Trello, Google Drive, Calendars, Notion etc.

I used to work as an admin plus do admin for my e-store.

✅Management Enhancement:
•I’m particularly skilled at improving systems and streamlining processes to enhance overall management efficiency.
•Developing and managing feedback and review systems

I enjoyed being a manager making sure everything runs smooth, and dreaming up ways to make things even cooler – better services, more revenue, you name it.

❌I don't do physical labour, any tasks that require carrying, cleaning, moving, painting etc are not for me. Not looking for a place in a hostel.

Business, marketing, behavioural economics, real estate investing, personal finance, dancing, writing, yoga, self-development. Current project: learning Spanish, writing a teaching memoir.
