A bit about Me.

I’m a happy, driven, loving Person that loves Life.

I strive to build connection between Self, the Planet and Others and I am eager to help. I love Permaculture, People, Movement and Applied Knowledge and thoroughly enjoy a sustainable, wholesome, healthy Life.

I’m also a Health Coach who takes a holistic approach and grounds My philosophies in Evolutionary Rhythms and Ontological Needs. I have big Goals and thoroughly love networking and building something together, whether it’s for a moment or the long term.

I’m looking forward to spending time or sharing space with You!

I’ll make a list:

- Anything Health oriented. —> Fitness, Nutrition, Cognition, Relationships, Mobility, Circadian Rhythms etc.

- I’m a good grunt (shovelling, haying, wheelbarrows, chopping wood etc.)

- I love Kids and community and am a BC Teacher certified by the TRB.

- I have a strong knowledge in gardening and ecological systems and love to blend the 2.

- I learn quickly if Your willing to answer all My questions (haha)

My Weaknesses:

- Any synthetic or toxic chemical. (I.e. gasoline, fertilizers, pesticides, non-biodegradable cleaning products, etc.)

What goes on the skin goes in and if it’s meant to stay out I like to keep My distance.
