Beschreibung

Hi, I'm Nicola 26 years old.

In September 2022 I quit my job and my flat to see and experience more of the world. Lerning other languages.
Getting out of my comfortzone. Now in 2024 I'm still traveling and am in South Australia.

I really enjoy being on the countryside. Far away from big cities.
I love the forests, mountains and sleeping outside.

I'd love to get to into permacultur and farmlife with keeping animals, keeping bees, preseving methods, building houses and such.

I'm experienced in cooking for many people since I'm a chef. So I'm also really interessed in local cuisines.
Though I'm no longer interessted in working in realy busy restaurant kitchens, still enjoy cooking for people in a more relaxed enviroment.

I've worked in a couple hostels on the camino de Santiago and recently in an Australien hostel. Which I enjoyed very much.

I also enjoy doing crafts and arts, drawing, working with wood and tools, sadly I'm not so experienced with the tools. But I'm really eager to change that.
Due to a couple of very nice hosts and people I met a long the way I was able to handle a couple of more tools. Still very eager to get more into that.

I did a trainee as a social assistent before I became a chef so I worked in kindergardens, an orphanage in Germany and a primary school in Namibia. I really like connecting with people getting to know their stories and cultures. See people grow and evolve.

I spend the last winter on the canary islands and got some intel about permaculture and gardening, beekeeping, taking care of chicken and using some tools also.

I worked in a dogshelter in Spain and learned a lot about dogs and would be happy to get to know more about other animals too

I love riding bicycles, swimming, hiking, climbing and pilates. And intressed in trying more typs of sports.

I enjoy meditation and would love to meet like minded people to share expriences and evolve together.

In my last job in Germany I was working for a lady with disablities. We've had a great time together and I'd also like to do something similar again. Aswell I would like to get more intel in the healthcare system in general.

I really love being very activ and work with my hands but I need some time to relax, read a book, to be creative or enjoy the silence.

I hope I could give you an impression of who I'm and I'm happy to meet you soon. (:
