Tätigkeiten, die uns interessieren:

We are currently in South East Asia to explore the beautiful nature there, get to know more about the different culture until Dec 2023 and would love to volunteer in New Zealand before leaving Home.

Beschreibung

Hi there,
we are a couple travelling through south east asia, Australia and New Zealand until december 2023 before we have to get back to our jobs in Germany. We love to spend time in nature - whether in the mountains to hike for several days, camping, rafting, surfing, horseback riding or just play with our part-time dog back home.
Currently we are both working as project managers (Valerie in Marketing, Nico in product development) but we are thinking about getting a place in the countryside growing our own food in combination with an BnB.
We are both used to physical labour and have experience from different jobs. We both would love to experience the life in farm, preferred with animals, to find out if this could be our dream come true.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Nico knows his way around with wood and metal (welding has been a while) including necessary tools. This includes carpentry, wood cutting, gardening and landscaping, repairs (wood and metal, when simple maybe even electronics).
Valerie grew up on her grandparents farm with horses, goats, rabbits, pigs, sheep and chickens and is used to all the different tasks related to animals care and also capable of performing all sorts of tasks around maintenance and even a little carpentry. Furthermore she loves to care for others and has a lot experience with guestmanagement, housekeeping and tourguiding.

Was noch ...

We both love to have some friends over and then enjoy hours of board gaming after having a big dinner or barbecue, spending time outside for a hike or a bike tour etc. In the summer we usually go hiking for several days in Austria to enjoy the peace of nature and the amazing views. Then come back in Winter for snowboarding.
Valerie is into all sorts of outdoor sports and Yoga and Nicos biggest hobby is Muay Thai.
