Beschreibung
I am passionate about getting to know oneself and connecting, within and without.
I work online as an IFS (internal family systems) practitioner / coach, also starting to accompany couples/relationships and from time to time I facilitate creativity and dance workshops.
I've always loved life in the countryside, and now I am aspiring to buy/build/restore a little house or cabin in the north of Spain.
For now I live in my van =)

Was könntest du arbeiten?
My main field in the past were the mountains, in Patagonia. I am a trekking guide, and worked also as a tour leader and park ranger.
Lately I lived 4 years in Plum Village monastery in France, a mindfulness practice center, where my main job was learning how to take care of myself, relationships, accompany others and so on (I was a monk =)), and my responsibilities there were mainly cooking for the community, and being guest master (receiving retreatants, preparing rooms, etc.)
I enjoy cooking, building stuff (some basic experience with wood), a lot of interest in learning anything related to restoring or building a house.
I love taking care of vegetable gardens, chopping wood, and so on...
