Hey, I’m Nick. I’m twenty-one years old and from New Zealand. Currently, I’m traveling around Europe, which has been a lifelong dream of mine. I absolutely love football, and being in cities with rich football histories is amazing to me.
What brings me happiness and motivates me? It’s working on a project and being able to stand back afterward and truly believe I’ve accomplished something, whether it’s mowing the lawn or fixing a car. Coming home after work on a Friday night to make a nice dinner with my family, and sitting together as the sun goes down with some music playing, is something I think about whenever I’m down. I absolutely love my family, and they mean so much to me.
Helping others is another major source of my happiness, which is why I’m very excited about the opportunities with Workaway. It allows me to see different places, help others, and be part of something bigger while I do it.

Was könntest du arbeiten?
Coming from New Zealand I have a lot of experience working and being outdoors, building, gardening, labouring, so any outdoor jobs I’ll be able and would love to help with.
When I finished my last year of school I went straight into working full time as a mechanical apprentice at Toyota and since then have worked in multiple different roles across multiple different industries from construction to professional boat driving, my goal is to try and learn as many things as I possibly can.
I’ve also done a lot of work with kids such as baby sitting and coaching football, also teaching English is something I could do if need be.
Overall I’m quite handy as I’ve spent most of my life doing so many different tasks which I believe is the reason I could be a great person to have around.
