Beschreibung

Hello! We are two 24-year-old university students who just finished a semester in Mexico and are currently traveling through Latin America. We’re looking for volunteer opportunities where we can put our skills—and our passion for connecting with people—to good use.

We’re both very social and have a range of experience from volunteering at school and festivals to organizing orientation events for new university students. Our skill set includes cooking, waiting tables, bartending, babysitting, and coordinating group activities. We also love animals, and are comfortable taking care fo them.

We’re excited to immerse ourselves in local culture and are open to any kind of work. We look forward to the chance to contribute and learn from our hosts!

Was könntest du arbeiten?

We have a broad variety of skills - some overlab and some compliment each other!
For instance Sigrid loves to cook (and is decent at it) and Neil is an excellent waiter (he can also cook).
For your ease we have written an overview of our skills in bullet points - fear not if you feel something is missing! We are fast learners and love expanding our skillset.

Neils skills are:
- Sporty & Social: Enjoys physical activities and engaging with others.
- Waiter & Bartending: Experienced in hospitality, offering attentive service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Fitness Center Experience: Has worked in a gym, focusing on cleanliness, organization, and customer support.
- Babysitting & Animal Care: Comfortable looking after children and caring for pets/farm animals.
- Academic Background: Currently studying International Business and Politics, bringing strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Sigrids skills are:
- Cooking: Passionate about preparing meals and experimenting with new recipes.
- Social & Outgoing: Enjoys meeting new people and fostering a positive community environment.
- Animal Care & Horseback Riding: Over 15 years of experience with horses, including teaching riding lessons.
- Waiting & Babysitting: Skilled in providing friendly customer service and childcare.
- Creative Crafts: Proficient in ceramics, knitting, and crocheting, always eager to learn and share new techniques.
- Familiar with woodworking: Has done some apartment renovation, and a lot of stable repair.
-Academic background: Studies Biotech engineering, used to learning a lot and working in teams to problem solve.

Was noch ...

We ourself would say we are quite fun to be around. Always ready to come up with something fun to do, and love being active (though you can also find us chilling with a good movie). Sigrid has a new found hobbie within fermentation, and wants to study this further in her university education and Neil does an amazing interpretive dance of a mosquito ;)
