Beschreibung

We love nature, the sea, the forest… everything! Being outside in nature brings us happiness. I (Naomi) is a very sporty person, I love to swim, run, cycle, hike etc. I am currently doing a part time environmental science degree.
What motivates me is everything. I am always up for trying and learning new things. The world is full of endless possibilities.
I (Oliver) am also an outdoorsy person. I love snowboarding, surfing, animals and I studied as a mechanical engineer. I love learning new things, taking on new challenges ad making a difference.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Naomi : I have had a few different jobs. One of my favorites was tutoring french. I grew up in France for 10 years form the age of 5-15. Most of my family live there still. I would be happy to teach anyone french. I am great with people i have worked in hospitality industry working in bars, restaurants, coffee shops etc.
I was also an administrator for 2 years for an estate agents, i am very organised.
This winter i have worked as a ski technician in the Alps. I am always willing to learn few things and generally very into manual labor.
I am happy to do gardening, i live being outside. I am one of five kids, i love spending time with kids and teaching them new things. I am also a big animal lover and (i believe) am very good with animals. I have a rescue dog who i got when she was 6. Gaining her trust was very difficult. She can still be very anxious but i have worked well to allow her to live a happy life.
I used to also clean/manage an airbnb down in Hastings. So i am happy to help with cleaning too.
Summer 2023 i worked at Scotland Bird Gardens for two months. This work varied, there was a lot of hands on work with the animals but also included a lot of building work (mainly aviaries)

Olly: I have had a variety of different jobs. By trade I studied as a Mechanical Engineer so have a good aptitude for DIY work and enjoy solving problems. I've worked in the Hospitality industry for many years which has given a variety of skills from; Cleaning, Customer service, Cooking, Communication to being able to make a nice Cocktail!

I work at a student house each summer clearing out and maintaining the garden, repainting and cleaning the house and doing any necessary repairs to the property.

I've also spent a summer maintaining a growing couple acre orchard and am not shy of heavy lifting, working outside or manual labour.

Was noch ...

I am always willing to learn something new. This year my goal is to learn some songs on the guitar and to learn to crochet. I learnt to sew last year which was really fun. I love music and hikes. I spend most of my time walking, swimming, cooking or studying. I am big into cooking.
