Hey, I’m Federica!
It’s truly curious how we can describe ourselves in just a few lines, when we carry entire universes inside.

Well, the foundation of it all, for me, is the absolute beauty I find in living close to nature, in harmony with kindred souls and surrounded by animals.

Over the past ten years, as a psychologist, I’ve traveled the world exploring the connection between physical and mental/spiritual well-being. I teach yoga and meditation, and I love holding sacred spaces for sharing and presence.

Now, I'm just arrived in Colombia an I feel it's time for me to use Workaway after long time just subscribed
I would love to share all that I carry and same time learn through new way of living and being
I already have some experience in various environments. I love cooking nourishing meals, caring for animals, places, and fires!

I’m very creative, wild, joyful, passionate about sharing and laughter, and I love finishing what I start with devotion and enthusiasm.

What makes me feel alive is stepping into new contexts, discovering different perspectives, swimming, and learning new sports.

I adore the sea and the jungles, but the mountains and the meadows move me too.
I want to discover every corner of myself through others and vice versa — as we create something unique every time, even in its simplicity. That’s what true beauty means to me.
