I love being active in nature: Hiking, swimming, surfing, cycling. Music is a big part of my life, I love going to performances and playing music with others. Language learning is my big thing now!

ENGLISH:
I am inspired by being around people who have a sense of play and who are passionate about what they do. I want to be around people who are excited about sharing interesting conversation and knowledge. I love talking about the world and making people laugh. I am motivated by a desire to learn new skills, to broaden my experiences and to bring a sense of fun into each day while trying to do things to the best of my ability.

I grew up on a farm and am a very versatile person who is very easy going and able to make any situation work. I am interested in improving my Spanish. I also want to learn new skills related to sustainability, farming and construction, but I am open to all kinds of new things.

ESPAÑOL:
Me inspira estar rodeado de personas que tienen sentido del juego y que sienten pasión por lo que hacen. Quiero estar rodeado de personas que estén entusiasmadas por compartir conversaciones y conocimientos interesantes. Me encanta hablar del mundo y hacer reír a la gente. Me motiva el deseo de aprender nuevas habilidades, ampliar mis experiencias y aportar una sensación de diversión a cada día mientras intento hacer las cosas lo mejor que puedo.

Crecí en una granja y soy una persona muy versátil, muy tranquila y capaz de hacer que cualquier situación funcione. Estoy interesado en mejorar mi español. También quiero aprender nuevas habilidades relacionadas con la sostenibilidad, la agricultura y la construcción, pero estoy abierto a todo tipo de cosas nuevas.

ENGLISH: I have been learning Spanish while in Latic America (Since December). I want to become fluent. I also just completed a CELTA (an english teaching course) and I want to find a job as an English teacher as a way to live in Latin America and continue my Spanish learning journey. I like talking about books, movies, philosophy, society, politics and comedy among other things. I am a playful person who likes to laugh and have fun. ESPAÑOL: He estado aprendiendo español mientras estaba en América Latina (desde diciembre). Quiero volverme fluido. También acabo de completar un CELTA (un curso de enseñanza de inglés) y quiero encontrar un trabajo como profesora de inglés como una forma de vivir en América Latina y continuar mi viaje de aprendizaje de español. Me gusta hablar de libros, películas, filosofía, sociedad, política y comedia entre otras cosas. Soy una persona juguetona a la que le gusta reír y divertirse.

ENGLISH:
I have just qualified as an English teacher: I completed an Intensive CELTA course. It was full time over 4 weeks. I would love to teach English if needed.

I grew up on a farm and I am familiar with all kinds of power tools and heavy machinery: I can drive Heavy Rigid trucks and tractors. I have driven busses with trailers for work in the past as well as cropping harvesters, forklifts and front-end loaders.
I have also been around Cows, chickens and working dogs my whole life. I also have experience with horses, goats, sheep and many other animals.

I know how to weld using MIG. I love metal work.
I have very basic mechanical knowledge.
I have worked as a building labourer and am am always wanting to learn more practical building skills.
Other than working on conventional building sites, I helped build a hay-bail house in Australia. I would love to learn more alternative building techniques.

I have worked as a tour guide as well as other jobs that meant I am used to living outdoors and camping as well as cooking for large groups of up to 25 tourists. I cook well.
I am good at cleaning and customer service from my experience in hospitality. in 2022 I managed a Bar.

I have done disability care work, supporting young autistic men. I also have worked in a mental health support centre: I am an empathetic and patient young man.

I also have plenty of gardening experience having had my own vegetable garden and helping my mum on her huge farm garden when growing up: pruning, mowing lawns etc.

ESPAÑOL:
Acabo de graduarme como profesora de inglés: completé un curso intensivo CELTA. Fue a tiempo completo durante 4 semanas. Me encantaría enseñar inglés si es necesario.

Crecí en una granja y estoy familiarizado con todo tipo de herramientas eléctricas y maquinaria pesada: puedo conducir camiones y tractores rígidos pesados. En el pasado he conducido autobuses con remolques para trabajar, así como cosechadoras, carretillas elevadoras y cargadores frontales.
También he estado rodeado de vacas, gallinas y perros de trabajo toda mi vida. También tengo experiencia con caballos, cabras, ovejas y muchos otros animales.

Sé soldar usando MIG. Me encanta el trabajo con metales.
Tengo conocimientos de mecánica muy básicos.
He trabajado como obrero de la construcción y siempre quiero aprender habilidades de construcción más prácticas.
Además de trabajar en obras de construcción convencionales, ayudé a construir una casa de heno en Australia. Me encantaría aprender más técnicas de construcción alternativas.

He trabajado como guía turística y otros trabajos que me permitían vivir al aire libre y acampar, además de cocinar para grupos grandes de hasta 25 turistas. Cocino bien.
Soy bueno en limpieza y atención al cliente por mi experiencia en hostelería. en 2022 gestioné un Bar.

He realizado trabajos de atención a discapacitados, apoyando a hombres jóvenes autistas. También he trabajado en un centro de apoyo a la salud mental: soy un joven empático y paciente.

También tengo mucha experiencia en jardinería, ya que tuve mi propio huerto y ayudé a mi madre en su enorme huerto cuando era niña: podar, cortar el césped, etc.
