Hello!

I'm Mona, I'm 37 years old and I'm based in the South of Germany. I've been working as a freelance artist and illustrator for more than a decade. This work gives me the freedom to travel whenever I want, which is wonderful.

17 years ago I began practicing yoga and I participated in a certification teacher training at the brillant Swasti Yoga Shala with Surinder Singh in Rishikesh in 2017. I'm also trained in Yoga Nidra and in 2023 did training with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli in yoga therapy for women. Teaching Yoga is my passion and I love helping people land in their bodies and develop a gentle relationship with themselves and the earth.

Another passion of mine is cooking and eating delicious and healthy food.

When I travel I don't like hopping from one place to the next as much as staying in a place for a longer time and connecting with the community and the land there.

One of the most soul nourishing experiences I've had in my life, was spending three summers in a small town in Southeast Alaska, where a part of my heart will forever be. In 2017 I volunteered at a hostel there for 3 months.

I'm so looking forward to more volunteer experiences and to getting to know you!
