I am recently retired and love to explore new places. I have a vague 'bucket list' of where I want to go and it usually involves art, architecture or literary connection, plus history.

Solo travel is something I enjoy as it gives you plenty of opportunity to meet new people and enjoy often unexpected experiences. Happy to get involved and join in a variety of projects and tasks. I am creative and artistic and up for a challenge.

Travelling is not new to me but USA and particularly New Mexico is. A short visit to Santa Fe last year made me very happy and I want to go back and enjoy some more.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

My last full time work was a a City of London Guide plus event management. So I am good at organising and admin; putting some interesting ideas together and getting them to work. Also gathering intel for a high end travel company to offer unusual experiences in London and beyond.

Gardening is something I have always loved. Interested in botany and food for the table. My own garden is too small but I have worked on allotments with friends enjoying the graft and then the fruits of our labours.

I can cook (various styles), bake bread and make cakes! Happy to wash up, lay the table etc.

Can paint walls and anything else you care to give me. Not a DIY person but a good helpmate. Happy in mud, sand or water. Creative and arty so a bit of paving, labyrinth creation, drywall building, mosaics etc. Happy to assist. Also looking after animals or pets I love to do.

Sadly as I have got older my digging large holes or spreading muck over large areas is possibly a bit beyond me now as is lifting haybales or bags of cement.
