Hi,
My name is Michael (Australian) and I’m currently travelling around Europe specifically Italy, Portugal and Spain.

I’m interested in sustainable building, restoration and farming practices and my former trade was Architectural Drafting and building design.
I like to get hands on with building projects and have enjoyed working on builds in Australia and Canada in the past.

My motivation for joining Workaway is to experience different ways and philosophies of living and working and building communities/lifestyles, simply connecting with others working on projects.

My other interests include archeology and ancient history and my hobbies are surfing, hiking and diving.
I would be excited to connect to any hosts who feel that I would be a good fit for their projects and I look forward to hearing about them.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

My previous experience is in building design and physically working on new builds (mostly in Australia) and landscaping projects.
I have skills in using power tools and hand tools and a variety of machinery.
I also have quite a bit of painting experience.
I enjoy working within teams but quite happy to work solo and can problem solve and as long as we are all on the same page can be left to complete a project.
