I'm a primary school teacher and have been enjoying doing that for nearly 15 years but am just looking at what else is out in the world for me. My academic background is in evolutionary anthropology and archaeology so wherever I go I sashays try to explore the people and the history of the area. I can also lose myself in books for days on end too.

I've been a primary school teacher for over a decade so I have a range of skills but at a fairly low level. I've had previous experience working in youth hostels in the UK which entailed cooking for up to 100 guests at a time.

I have travelled to over 20 countries so am used to many different cultures and customs. I've volunteered on a farm in Victoria, Australia that had horses, was an outdoor activity centre as well as catering for backpackers. Regarding board games, I enjoy playing word games like Scrabble or Bananagrams. Also, I enjoy playing Catan - though very rarely win! I enjoy being both in the city and the outdoors. I like jumping on bike and going for a cycle and am in the process of obtaining my motor bike license to go with my car driving licence too. During my international teaching career I've lived in four different countries - Thailand, China, Egypt and Romania - as well as teaching in the UK which has given me many opportunities to embrace new people and new cultures in a different way than just travelling through.
