Hi there, my name is Matt and I'm 22 years old. I am currently traveling the world, I love all things ocean related and am a scuba dive instructor. My ultimate goal one day is to visit every country in the world. I love to meet new people everywhere I go and hear their stories or share mine whilst visiting places I wouldn't of ever imagined.

I am fluent English, and I know quite alot of Spanish (working on becoming fluent). I am an SDI scuba dive instructor and have gained experience in numerous countries diving. I am very hard working and don't mind getting down to business getting the task done in a safe and efficient manor while up to a good standard. I am always open to learning more and strive to take in new knowledge where i go. I have participated in a coral restoration project called Wave of Change whilst in Jamaica and really enjoyed helping our reefs come back slowly but surely.
I also have 2 months hospitality experience working in hostels.

I enjoy content creation, and make short videos of my travels or dives.
I love animals and their welfare in particular marine animals.
I have a young niece and a nephew along with siblings older and younger so am completely comfortable around children and enjoy looking after them hoping to have my own 1 day as family is a very big thing for me.

Let’s turn the spotlight towards the reception, where our indomitable hero, Matt,… read more painted a canvas of warm welcomes, infectious smiles, and a seamless check-in experience smoother than a dollop of butter melting on a hot, crispy toast. Every guest, with a luggage full of fatigue, was swiftly cloaked in comfort, with queries dissolved and spirits lifted in the twinkle of an eye, all thanks to the maestro at the desk.

A harbinger of cleanliness, Matt dawned upon housekeeping with the might and finesse of a white-gloved symphony conductor. With a whisk of a mop and a flick of a duster, each room transformed into a sanctuary of pristine tranquility and crystalline clarity, mirroring the sparkling exuberance and commitment our beloved volunteer embraced each dawn.

“But wait, there’s more!” exclaimed the twinkling stars and the shimmering moon, witnesses to the nocturnal tapestry of group activities led by none other than our prodigious exchange member.
