Beschreibung

Matteo and I met in the kitchen last year. Since then, we've given each other a lot of inspiration, one of which is the desire to explore and do something that involves using our hands in a different way, like working the land, since a love of nature is something we also share.

For us, traveling is an opportunity for growth, even in the world of cooking. Discovering new flavors and cultures that could influence what we already do at our agriturismo in Faenza, where we live.

We are generous and pure, simple people. It takes very little for us to have fun and feel fulfilled and peaceful. This is definitely an opportunity for us to stop for a moment and take a break from the rush of this work.
We often find ourselves working, which inevitably leads us to make the most of our time. Sometimes we rest both our minds and bodies, other times we take long walks in the hills, and when we can, we try to cultivate our hobbies. Weather permitting, it's nice to go fishing or picking mushrooms and chestnuts. Matteo enjoys mountain biking, while I, being less sporty, try to do something more creative like knitting or crocheting, or something more relaxing like meditation and yoga, to bring a bit of balance to the tougher days.

And of course, it might sound obvious to say that one of our absolute favorite hobbies is eating and trying new things!

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Anna and I are hardworking and serious. We're open-minded and always looking for new challenges, trying to see the positive side of things and sometimes stepping outside of our comfort zones.
We love cooking vegetables and are passionate about desserts. Our work often requires us to make pasta by hand, and we're very precise when we do.
We're good at organizing our work and finding ways to simplify it.
We're not afraid of hard work and seek out jobs that involve working outdoors, around animals and plants.
We've both worked in the restaurant industry for many years and have done a variety of jobs: pizzaiolo, cook, waiter, pastry chef, sous-chef, pasta maker. But lately, we've been helping with the olive harvest for oil production or the grape harvest.

We're also both empathetic, sensitive and curious people. As a result, we care deeply about every job we do, always giving 100% of ourselves
