We are Matic and Manja, a couple from the countrysides of Slovenia, Europe and USA/Taiwan
I am Matic, a 28-year-old Slovenian guy. I am a primary teacher by profession and a lifeguard by occupation.
I have always dreamt about traveling the world and this year I am turning my dreams into reality.
I love nature, I love exploring and meeting new people, telling and listening to stories and sharing experiences and adventures. I hope we might share some amazing experiences together.
My name is Manja, I am 25 years old and I come from USA/america. I am a registered nurse. I'm a curious and open-minded person who enjoys meeting new people, cultures, and places.
I am positive, adaptable and always ready for new challenges. In my free time, I enjoy exercising, hiking, baking, going for walks, and playing volleyball. I love nature and meeting new people.
I decided to join Workaway because I believe it is a great opportunity for personal growth, gaining new skills and meeting wonderful people. I have never traveled before, but I am very excited about my first adventures. I want to experience authentic moments and contribute my knowledge and work to the community that will host me. I hope to gain new knowledge and share my experiences with you.

Matic - Teacher, Lifeguard, basics in woodworking, used to manual labor, boat licence (up to 24m).
Basic videoediting skills.
Excellent in Excel.
Can cook.
Kimberly - As a cardiac ICU registered nurse, I have extensive experience in trauma management, patient care, and first aid. I have 6 years in event production, event management and bar manager at a event venue/club. I am used to physical labor, working with animals and gardening. I am great at communicating and facilitating group integration.
We both have social skills- we have experience and are happy and comfortable working with others.

Outside of work, Matic was funny, respectful, and cheerful.
We can recommend him.
We got on like house on fire and had zero communication problems.
The rustic lifestyle certainly is not for everyone, but Matic quite enjoyed the scenery and the price which comes with it.
