Hi! :)

My name is Martina Kuzmiakova and I´m 28 years old.

I studied social work at University in the Czech Republic (Europe). I worked as a social worker in a non-profit organization with young people with mental disabilities. I love my work, but I decided that I want to fulfill my dreams and get to know the world!

I worked a lot as a volunteer in the Czech Republic and in other parts of the world. I volunteered in Bali for 6 months in 2019 - 2020. I took care of the dogs and I helped with building eco bamboo houses in the Bali jungle! I supported the non-profit organization Trash hero Bali, too. Together we collected plastic waste from the beaches.

In 2021 I helped as a volunteer in Costa Rica for three months. I taught six years old boy the Czech language because he spoke just English and Spanish fluently, but his father came from the Czech republic so he wished that his son spoke Czech as well. It was an amazing experience, cause we spoke together three languages - Czech / English / Spanish.

Then I volunteered in a hostel (Airbnb) and at the rescue center for dogs, too. We rescued street dogs and helped them find a family to take care of them.

A few months after I helped for about a month in Spain on the farm, where I took care of the horses and learned permaculture.

In the Czech Republic, I always work as a social worker in some non-profit organization (with children, families in need..., people with some disabilities, etc.).

I absolutely love southeast Asia cause of its amazing people, beautiful nature, and delicious food. I am plant-based for about 4 years, so I love a lot of fruits and veggies, I am a really good cook, too. :) I don´t drink alcohol or smoke.

I prefer to work with children, animals... I like to teach somebody someone or take care of animals. I like to communicate with people, build something (eco project), or work in the garden. I really love to be a part of some non-profit organization.

I have my own website (www.cestujapomahej.cz) and my own Instagram (@cestujapomahej) so I know how to work with social media (i did my own website, photos...).

I am a writer too, I am writing about traveling abroad. Especially about volunteering and road trips (van life).

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I think I am really emphatic. I am a social worker so I know how to communicate with people/children with (mental and psychical) disabilities, those in need, etc.

I am a good cook (special in plant-based food). I worked a lot in the past with animals (dogs, horses...), so I think I am really hardworking (building eco villas, gardening, permaculture...).

I speak active English (level B2) and I am a really good driver (with a car, scooter, truck...).
