Hi, I’m Martina!
I'm 27 and I live in a little village in the Orobie Alps in Italy.
I love nature, hiking mountains and discover new places.
In 2024 I quit my office job and I've traveled for over two months in Asia.
I'm looking for a workaway experience to get out from my comfort zone, learning new skills and improve languages.
My family is owner of a restaurant and since I was a teenager i worked in this business, so I've always been in contact with new people.
In summer 2024 I started work in a rifugio (hut in the mountains) to share moments with people that have the same passion for the mountain life.

I can help you to learn Italian. I understand and I speak English: my level isn’t so high and I really want to improve it to be more fluent. At school I studied also French, but I haven’t spoken it for several years.

In the past years I worked in office, restaurant and rifugio (hut in the mountains). My work in rifugio was also to clean rooms, kitchen and toilets.
At home I cook for my dad and brother and I would like to know some new recipe.

I really like taking photos, reading books and listening music.
In my free time I also help my volleyball team to teach playing volleyball to the children who want to learn. Maybe we can play together around the world!
