I‘m Martin, currently living in Leipzig, but in September I want to leave Germany again and dive into as many communities, forests, and wild landscapes as possible. 🌳🪱
I’ll be traveling by bike 🚲 together with my dog Kara 🐕.

We’re setting out on a journey to live nomadically again for several months or even years. Our general direction is guided by the loose destination of “the Canary Islands.”

Above all, I see this journey as an educational one, with a focus on permaculture 🔂, sustainability ♻️, and community 🫂.

As often as possible, we want to sleep outdoors and live in harmony with nature. 🌿🦎
I also want to explore — or rather experience — the last remaining ancient forests of Western Europe, and learn from these old, sophisticated climax ecosystems:

On the one hand, to understand them better and, in the future, protect them as best as possible from harmful human interference.
On the other hand, to share my fascination for nature with others — and together enjoy the greatest “entertainment system” of all. 🐍🐜🪶

I'm looking forward to participate in cool projects/communitys an help with whatever is needed.
As a son of a carpenter I got in touch with crafting things at a young age. 🪵📏
My father and I build many things inside and around the house (and even my own cabin in the woods where I used to live).
I love to learn new things, meet new people and exchange stories/thoughts/feelings/skills.
What I value the most is humility, openness, kindness and honesty.

I also used to work as a "stage technician" for several years in the Theater (Erfurt). As a part of a big team we assembled/disassembled lots of things and runned the shows.

I travel with my lovely dog "Kara". She's a girl i adopted from a shelter on Crete and my travel buddy ever since.🐾

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I worked in the theater for four and a half years and did a variety of jobs there. wood and metal processing in the manufacture of scenery parts. Build complex constructions using a wide variety of tools and with the help of the construction plan. I prefer to work with wood.
i also worked in a waldorf school for six months and helped 5/6 graders in class. this also included support in the kitchen, schoolyard supervision and supervisor and teacher at swimming lessons.
milking goats. In gerneral i'm good with animals.

Was noch ...

At the moment i'm learning to play the handpan (which i like a lot, it's pretty meditative).
"Hobbies": meditation, stretching, climbing tress and mountains :)
