Hello! We are Martin and Maria we are a Colombian couple who's living in Sardinia, we came here to work at a kitchen in a wellness hotel in the south of the island and right now we are looking to work and learn on a different project, because the hotel didnt open. Here, we've been living a life surrounded by nature, taking things slowly at a more organic rhythm, which has helped us reconnect with our essence. It's becoming clear to us that we want to keep living this way alongside a community with whom we can co-create beautiful projects. We are looking for a place where we can put our energy and learn about cooking, farming, regeneration, art, mindfulness and everything that invites us to true connection and freedom. We're both food enthusiasts, and we love making food and eating as an act of celebrating life and an opportunity to have more mindful practices. We think that eating and cultivating our own food are a space that can invite people to joy, to be grateful and to connect.
Martin is a chef who has two years of experience working on different restaurants around Europe, and the last 8 months he has been working in Italy. And I, Maria, have two years of experience leading nature tourism projects and working with regenerative tourism. We are both people who have been close to culinary projects since we were little and honest workers.

I’m fast and enthusiast learner, I’ve work with education summer camps while I lived in Colombia and in the last two years I’ve been working in different kitchens.
