Ich bin gerade

Beschreibung

Hey, my name is Prenn Marian, I am 27 years old and come from northern Italy straight out of the mountains.
I always had this big connection to Nature and try to spend as much time in it as possible to get a better understanding of Nature and Myself.

I don't know yet what exactly I want to do in life so right now I spent my time traveling, enjoying life and doing all sorts of work and experiences. By doing so I slowly create a picture of what I want to do later on.

In 2016 I started traveling in New Zealand and been doing so ever since all around the Globe. So Traveling and Nature are my big two passions that keep me going.
The more I traveled the more I found out that it's not just the places but also the people you meet along the way who give a journey it's unique Charachter.

I figured out that working while Traveling is the best way of learning more about the people, the culture and the enviroment. . With Workaway I found the perfect platform to extend my travels while learning new skills.

So I'm sure there are plenty more beautiful people, places and experiences out there who just wait to be met, seen and made.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I attended and gratuated the Hotel School.
In this five years I made all kinds of Diplomas:
- Waiter
- Bar and Coffee (SCAE)
- Cook
- Receptionist
- Eventmanagement
- High school Diploma

- I made a 2 months internship as a construction worker

- I did a lot of Farm work:
Mandarins, Cheries, Potatoes, Vineyard
Applepackhouse
Fruit delivering
Street fruit seller
Eco Mountainfarm (Psegghof)

- I worked in child care at an organisation called KITS wich I really enjoyed.
Later I started cooking for the kids at the same organisation. Wich was also great cause I could cook autonomously and involve the kids into the cooking process.
It was great to cook with the Kids and to show them how I cook their meals and wich products are in it.
So it was a mix between cooking, food education and playing wich is a great combination.

- Recently I started my PdC (Permaculture Design Course). I just finished the Intoduction course and would like do to the rest of the moduls in the near future.
Till then I would like to collect some knowgled and make some more practical experiences in Permaculture cause I think it's the most sustainable way of Living.

Was noch ...

I do a lot of Hiking, Slacklining, Climbing, MTB, Ski touring
(I love all the outdoor activities).
I tried some Surfing once in a while. I just get it started but I would like to get more into it.
I also do some drawing, writing and handicraft work.
I play little bit of drums and always love a good Jam with good people.

I love the Idea of sustainable living and fair trade.
To maintain yourself and the community as far as possible in a self sufficiant sustainable way. In harmony with the people and the land. I would like to learn more about this way of Life.
I have a big passion for ecological and local food. I find it important to support small and local farmers and businesses.

During my time in the gastronomie (especially on a ski hut in Davos Switzerland) I learned to work hard if necessary. If I connect and enjoy the time at my workplace, the project and the people I don't mind working hard.
