Salutations! We are a cheerful couple that’s new to workaway. We enjoy meeting new people and getting in touch with cultures that are different from our own. We like travel that has a purpose and are dedicated to the simple things in life, living consciously and through love
Workaway 1: Hi my name is Madeline
I strive to learn through doing, being open to all new experiences. I am eager to spend days outside working with my hands, I’m also passionate about spending time with children, I have a sibling with special needs who is non verbal and we connect through music a lot of the time. I love singing, and music and enjoy talking about the deeper aspects of life. Though I don’t have experience in every type of work both my partner and I are quick and eager learners and are prepared to accomplish any task.
Workaway 2: My name is Nik. I enjoy making things, fixing things and learning new skills when I get the chance. I am honest, open-minded, hardworking, and tidy. Finding fun in challenges is important to me. I like to be kept busy and have a sense of purpose when I can as well as I like to reflect on the things that truly matter which most of the time has nothing to do with how much money I have. I hope my son Milo can learn from the school of life, living creatively and sustainably as much as possible
We are travelling with our son Milo who is a source of joy and radiance. He is very grounded for his age and loves to work along side us.

Was könntest du arbeiten?
Madeline is great at photography and social media. She unfortunately didn’t bring her manual camera on this trip but if you have one she can work it! We both love to get our hands dirty & are not afraid of heavy labour. No task too difficult or mundane. We will defintiely try to give it a go. We are early morning risers, kinda goofy, and collaborators. Nik has carpentry and bartending skills. We both have excellent costumer service skills and met in the hospitality industry. Nik now works in film in Canada as a set decorator, Madeline right now is home with Milo. We are both generous and kind.
