Hej there. I am a Jakob, a 26 year old joiner (interior carpentery) living in the city of Munich, Germany.
A few years back I did a roundtrip of Scandinavia (also with the workaway program) and would like to push on where I stopped. I really missed life on the road.
As I mentioned, I´m a professional joiner and currently working at one of the biggest theatres in Munich, so I'm quite used to working on larger scale team projectes.
I really enjoy cooking and experimenting with food as well as activities like hiking, swimming, bouldering and jamming on my ukulele.
The coming Spring of 2025, I´m planing on getting back to traveling and working abroad.

I had the pleasure to meet and host Jacob in Leynar, Faroe Islands in july/august 2020.

One of his assignment while here was lifting a balcony (aprox 500 x 600cm) 125cm up without any hoist or crane and in a short time frame as fast as possible + with a challenging weather stress factor added to the task.

Vom Workawayer () für Host (Come help restoring an old ...)

My stay with Jeppe and Dear was quite a nice experience, as well as a opportunity to learn some carpeting tricks and getting knowledge about what to be particular about and what not, when on a construction site. Thank you guys very much for letting me stay with you and for sharing you're knowledge, fun and food.
