Beschreibung

My name is Marieclaire, 39 years old, from the Netherlands and currently close to Brindisi, Italy.

I am lucky enough that I had the opportunity to quit my job and travel. I've traveled five months through Mexico, three weeks in Nicaragua and four months in the Dominican Republic. After a short stop in the Netherlands I've packed my bags again and went back to Visoko, Bosnia to do volunteer work for a month. Digging tunnels, carrying back and forth buckets of sand and stones.
The season ended so I traveled to Croatia, where I've helped renovating a house and from there I took the bus to Ljubljana, Slovenia. There I've worked for five months in an office with the sweetest people, doing paperwork, cleaning, making coffee and being a driver.

In 2023 I bought a van (Mercedes Sprinter, middle sized), and I drove to Portugal. There I've worked for three weeks on a farm, renovating and gardening.

I have lot's of experience in the restaurant/café business. I've worked abroad and on small ships, as a flight attendant and dog walker.

I feel a deep love for the ocean, when I was younger we sailed and surfed a lot. Thanks to my family I can say I have experienced living remote in the forests of Sweden, it was magical....
