Hey there! I'm Ludwig from Germany.

In general I am an outgoing person who loves to have fun and to spend a good time with friends and family. I like to do sports just like soccer, basketball in volleyball. In the winter season I also ski in Austria or Italy every year.
Next to my "real hobbies" I just mentioned, I also enjoy nature by riding my bike, going on a hike or just have a quick walk in the woods. Since I have been in Vancouver for almost half a year now, I literally can´t wait to be on the countryside and to be outdoors all day long.

What I also like, is to work outside. While working, I enjoy to see the progress of a project where I had a direct influence on. I also don´t mind getting my hands dirty or to work hard.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Currently, I'm employed as a skilled laborer on various construction sites, rotating every 2 or 3 days. I've been doing this since I arrived in Canada five months ago.
Back in Germany, I've taken on diverse roles, including working as a roofer, plumber, and on production lines in factories. Additionally, I've contributed my efforts at an elderly care home and served as a caretaker for a church on weekends.
Last but not least, I've consistently assisted my dad in our woodland activities.

Was noch ...

In 2019, at the age of 14, I embarked on an exchange year in the United States, specifically in Indiana, where I lived with a host family. I established strong connections with both the locals and my host family—our bond was so strong that I returned for visits twice.

A noteworthy aspect about me is that I am from a quaint village with a population of 170. In my hometown, I occasionally babysat the neighbor's children. I also took on roles such as serving drinks and food at local events.
