Hello There!

I am Luca Milde, 23 years old and I currently study English and history in order to become a teacher. I just registered on this website because friends of mine made awesome experience by travelling via workaway - so I thought I try the same.

I grew up in a small town, where I had the luck to experience the best childhood one could imagine. I have loving parents and an older sister. In 2019, I moved to a different town to start my studies. My girlfriend is very supportive and I am happy to say that I am together with her for over three years now.

I lived together in a shared flat with different individuals from all over the world. One of them became one of my closest friends. Meeting people from different cultures, experiencing their cuisine, their way of life, is what truly motivates me to go on adventures.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I worked as a volunteer and supervised around 40 children between the ages of 12 – 14 at a campsite for over three years during summertime together with a team.
I study history and English in order to become a teacher.
Besides that, I work as a part-time waiter in a country inn. There, I bring food and drinks to the tables. I pour the drinks myselfs most of the time. My boss has a big yard with horses. Sometimes, we repair fences together, cut wood, clean the yard, paint walls, do gardening work... etc.

Was noch ...

One of my hobbies is going to the gym. I go there twice a week, sometimes more, depending on what is scheduled for the week. I like playing piano, but I am at beginners level. I study history and English, so of course I love reading. Meeting friends at local cafes or pubs is one of my interests too. I also play videogames and even got my girlfriend into playing them with me.
