Beschreibung
Hola! I’m a creative British woman on a year long trip through Central and South America, and eager to learn more about local communities and lend a hand with pretty much everything! I have hospitality experience after working in bars and restaurants, and I'm a super avid cook. I love meeting new people and getting to know folk from other walks of life!
I am also very keen to learn more about permaculture, farming and construction. I’m also super interested in textiles and weaving communities, particularly in Central American countries. I love to be outdoors and hands on, as well as meeting new people and practising my new found Spanish skills. I’m more focused on learning new skills and being part of a community, than saving as much money as possible. I look forward to volunteering with you!

Was könntest du arbeiten?
I have lots of experience in hospitality, working as a waitress and a barman. I'm also experienced in retail after working in markets in my teens. I’ve also just left my job in the charity sector where I worked in communications for an education charity, and also have experience teaching English as a foreign language. However I am very keen to work outside, and learn more skills in farming, permaculture and construction. I used to be a keen gardener in the pandemic, growing my own chillies and tomatoes, and tending to my houseplants. I also have experience in embroidery and textile work, having crosstitched as a hobby and for paid opportunities too - and I am keen to learn more from textile communities and support their work and businesses.
