I especially love to read and to cook. I cook mostly vegetarian dishes and is very proud of my soup-making skills :) I also love animals and being outdoors, hiking, biking, swimming and fishing!

Hi!

I'm Line - a 26 y/o Danish woman usually living in Copenhagen, Denmark, currently staying in Lisbon and enjoying some much needed time off after I finished my bachelors in Scandinavian language and literature. I came to Lisbon to relax, read, take walks and eat great food, and having done that for some good time, I'm feeling so ready to spend time in nature, and being part of a more community-based lifestyle.

Having worked at a publishing house and as a part-time manager at a small bar/restaurant alongside my study, I've enjoyed both working with my head and with my hands. I've always loved to work in the hospitality industry as it has allowed me to meet people from all over the world, and working together with them in a very social and fun environment. Now I would really love to learn something new, I'm especially looking for a place where there is animals to care for and/or the possibility of learning more about permaculture, becoming better at maintaining vegetable beds etc. That being said, I'm willing to try my best at whatever you need help for, as long as it's in a kind and communicating environment :)

As a workaway-helper I hope I can contribute with cooking, as this is something I'm very passionate about. Cooking is really lovely way of showing affection to the people in your life, I think, and gathering around a meal is a great way of connecting. I would love to learn more about different food cultures and to teach about my own.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I'm a solid cook and I love to take care of animals and children. I'm used to working hard, and I don't mind physical hard work - even though I'm not the biggest or strongest in physical size :-) I would love to learn new skills, it could be both in building stuff or getting more experience with taking care of animals or gardening and weeding. Whatever task you need help for, I would love to learn and do my best!
