Hi, I’m Lara and i'm a gardener from Bristol in the UK.

I love being outside and just being physical, It’s what makes me happy. I’m looking to step away from my life for a few weeks in mid-February and spend my time somewhere where I can be useful, learn something new, and experience a different way of living. I'm particularly wanting to learn more about permaculture, or to get some hands-on experience with building or land projects, however I'm really just looking for a place to put my energy, whether that's in the garden, with general maintenance, or helping out with daily tasks around a home or farm.

I’m easy-going, reliable, and really looking forward to meeting new people and learning from how you do things.

Hoping to stay around 2–4 weeks from mid-February onwards.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I’m a gardener with just over a year’s experience maintaining private house gardens in Bristol. I have knowledge of garden maintenance, and i'm comfortable using hand tools, being physical and doing repetitive physical tasks

I'm reliable, hard-working, and used to working outdoors in all weather

Very willing to help with daily tasks like cleaning, tidying, or basic cooking

What I’m Eager to Learn: (but also happy of this can't be offered)

- Permaculture principles and food forest systems
- Natural building, carpentry basics, or land-based construction
- Sustainable land management and regenerative practices

My main goal is to be helpful, stay active, and learn by doing.
