Hi! My name is Alessandro, but you can call me Alex! I was born in northern Italy, but I've been traveling the world since 2021 and spent the last couple of years in Australia.
Currently, I'm exploring Southeast Asia, not just as a holiday but as a journey! I love doing workaways for the chance to connect with locals and immerse myself in their cultures.
I've volunteered with Workaway a few times with my ex-partner during our year in South America. Since that was a couple account, I now have my personal one and lost all the reviews :( However, I can assure you I'm an easygoing, sociable, silly guy who enjoys starting the day with a smile and spreading positive energy!
In my personal life, I'm passionate about rock climbing and slacklining, and I love movies, music and comics. My career experience has been diverse; I've worked in a kitchen, as a gardener, a solar panel installer, and even done 12-hour shifts in a factory!
I'm very excited about the opportunities this website offers and would love to have a chat to get to know each other better!

I've never followed a single career path, so I'm multi-skilled rather than specialized. I enjoy fixing things, like repairing broken furniture, pipes, and doing small electrical work. I also have some cooking skills, though they're nothing compared to my Nonna's!
I am very creative and have some basic painting skills as well as music production and live mixing skills
