Hello everyone,

I am a 35 y.o, I am from France. I lived in Vancouver for 1 year back in 2012/2013.
I came back to Canada a year ago. I worked in a lodge north BC, close to Fort St John, then I worked south BC in a ranch, and finally I worked 5 months in the Yukon still in the hospitality area (at a lodge and a hostel).

I love Canada for its sceneries, its wide open spaces, the amazing wildlife, Canadian's kindness.

The last couple of years, I lived in downtown Paris in the digital area (digital ads). To be honest, I felt that my place was not there. I think that at some point you wonder about your life, the sense you want to give, what you want to accomplish.
I had in mind this desire of moving away, live something new, more meaningful.
Besides, the pandemic made me realize even more that we have only 1 life, and we should enjoy it the best we can, make new experiences and LIVE not just EXIST getting up in the morning with the same routine, following what society tells us is the right life path.

I think living abroad is the best thing that can happen in someone's life. Being outside of your comfort zone makes you learn everyday many things, make you meet so many people, lead you to make new experiences, you are more open minded.
I want to experience this again, I want to speak english everyday, why not learning another language too (portuguese - I hang out with a lot of Brazilians and lived there for a couple of months).

I got a 2 years working Visa, I have already done 1 year working in differents places to get new experiences, work with my hands, having a balance with outside / inside tasks, not being in front of a computer all day long, learn from my hosts and help out the best I can. Always happy to share life experiences, stories, jokes.
I am also very very excited to discover the wonderful nature that Canada offers.

I love walking & hiking, fishing, skiing, snowsheoing, meditating at the top of a mountain ;-)
I am very friendly, sociable, always happy to help, to learn, to talk, to share and to laugh :-)

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I have always worked since I am young :
1/ Babysitting when I was younger. I took care of kids between 2 y.o and 13 y.o
2/ Children animator at Club Med for the mini club. I took care of children from 4 y.o to 12 y.o
3/ Cashier in France for a year to pay my business school and cashier also in Canada wehn I was in Vancouver (London Drugs store)
4/ Customer service in Vancouver London Drugs store (opening & closing the store, handling breaks, schedules, selling alcool and tobacco, returns & refund)
5/ Sales in the tourism area (phoning, dealing with airlines, making the visits program, visiting hotels,...)
6/ Event planner for a big bank in France, handling many tasks from A to Z (day of the event)
7/ Fish market getting up at 4 am to work 10h standding outside all my weekends for 6 months
8/ DIGITAL AREA : I worked 8/9 years in the digital ads (at Media agencies, Adnetworks, programmatic trading desk)

Besides this, I have a garden where I help out my mother, always happy to learn.
I love animals, I had 2 cats and I am surrounded by dogs. I always like horses but didn't have a chance to be around them in my life.

Maybe it's weird but I also like cleaning (I think it's a great therapy :p)

I am really looking for meeting people, share experiences.
I will be far away from home, so I rather would like to share time with people, learn from them, share my own experiences if interested.
