Greetings from Austria! My name is Katharina and I am 21 years old. I am currently studying in the enchanting city of Vienna, where I am pursuing my dream of becoming a teacher for English and History. In my free time I try to be in nature as often as possible, having picnics with friends, reading in a park or go hiking. As the summer break starts soon, I am determined to make it meaningful by seeking work opportunities that allow me to connect with new people and experience different cultures. :)

During my time in high school, I attended a specialized institution that focused on cooking and being a waitress, which led me to obtain a diploma in these fields. As part of my education, I had a three-month internship at a charming hotel in the Alps of Tyrol. There, I had the opportunity to work as a waitress, improving my skills in teamwork and customer service. A year later, I worked at a small hotel where my responsibilities ranged from cleaning hotel rooms to preparing and serving breakfast, followed by tidying up the tables. Additionally, I had the privilege of spending a month at a hospital where I changed beddings and provided patients with breakfast while also ensuring that supplies were restocked. Moreover, my experience extends to working with children, as I worked for three weeks at a summer camp dedicated to creating joyful memories for young ones. The experience was so fulfilling that I am preparing to return for another four weeks this July and August.

My family and I recently got into card games (wizards, skyo, the game,…), we really enjoy spending time together this way. I also like simple team sports like volleyball, badminton, tennis, etc.
