We are is our 30s and we are definitely not ready to settle down ;)

Me (Kasia), I am an engineer and I have spent the last few years working in the office. However, my knowledge is mostly theoretical and I feel the need to learn and do something real and meaningful. I always liked to help others - as an activist and a volunteer. I was engaged in some charity projects and animal-right activism. I had one great workaway experience in Slovakia and one with WWOOF in England. As a student I had an opportunity to volunteer in an NGO in Nigeria for two months! Oh, I miss traveling..

Michał has much more practical skills as he has been working physically in heavy industry and constructions. He is great with tools and machinery, real handyman. He has also work as a manager, controling work of a team of 10+ people. Michał is a very creative person and he loves to learn new things. Some two years ago, he has found new hobby, pirography. You can see some of his works in the photo section. This new activity has clearly shown some of the best Michał's qualities in terms of work - patience and precision. Michał is also very emphatical person, always great in cheering people up and creating great atmosphere around him.

So, we are both in the place where we would like to try something new and maybe find and inspiration for our future life together. We have just got married in the middle of June and we plan a long "honey moon" doing workaway :) Our plan is to visit some 3-4 places from ~late September 2024 to ~ late March 2025. We are looking for the opportunity to help with different projects, especially with animals, eco farming and DIY. We would love to meet inspirational people, gain new experience and share ours.

Together we are volunteering in dog shelter and regularly co-organizing a vegan community kitchen. We are both vegetarian (mostly vegan), we enjoy cooking and would love to make some Polish traditional, veganized meals for you. We don't use any drugs, including alcohol and cigarettes.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

We love animals and enjoy taking care about them. We are volunteers in the local dog shelter. We are not afraid of any bigger animals either :)

We like vegan cooking. We were co-organizing vegan community kitchen several times.

Michał is a real handyman! He enjoys learning new manual skills and creating things from scratch. He has been into pirography for two years now. You can see some of his works in ours photos.

Kasia enjoys doing some handicrafts like crotcheting and frienship bracelets. She also loves yoga.
