I had some knowledge about sport , nutrition how to stay fit and how important are routines and discipline, I worked at my life as a metallworker,Building cleaner and at least as a salesman
I am able to work arround the house the housework are easy for me ,renovate and being able to handle different machines are also my kind . because I lived with my self
I am orderly and I like cooking

My hobbies are mostly Sport I rather bodyweight Training so a pull-up bar next to me Would be nice
I love fresh healthy plant base cooking because I am vegan
Meditation,yoga and stretching interesting me and are part on my daily
I like Adventure like a boat trip ,hiking and interesting to learn other skills like surfing climbing
Board games are also funny and a nice socialable thing
Also also activities like soccer,basketball ,volleyball and other sports are really nice
