I am pulled towards humanitarian & social justice concerns.i love meeting & connecting people, sharing cultures, stories & laughs, developing understanding & learning from others.
Iv volunteered in France, Greece and Lebanon with refugee communities & currently teaching English in Iraq.

Hi
My back ground is in mental health, both adults & children. I've worked with childhood trauma employing therapeutic play approach & psycho social opportunities. Have worked extensively with refugee communities in Lebanon, also in schools teaching English to both adults and children. Prior Iv volunteered in France, and Greece and currently teaching English in Iraq. I'm pulled to the humanitarian field and social justice, enjoy learning from others, laughing and sharing stories.
Ive been humbled by the people Iv met, their achievements and resolve, and want to contribute to helping others. Its important for each of us to be heard, valued for who we are, to have a strong sense of community and autonomy over our lives.
