I'm an open-minded, independent, responsible and reliable woman with a kind heart and a positive attitude and charisma. I live a healthy and balanced lifestyle, I like to laugh, enjoy life and travel the world. My passion is to explore new countries, learn new languages and learn about -and from different cultures and traditions. I'm deeply connected to nature, animals, music and I love to dance.

Life is too short, we all should do what we love and follow our heart!
With this in mind I left Germany in 2015 to travel the world and fulfil my dreams.
I was living and studying all over South East Asia, Oceania and Latin America to dive deeper into my own conscious way of living, teaching Yoga and sharing my passion about Holistic Health, Bodywork, Ayurveda and Reiki.

I would like to contribute my skills and experience with people and places with positive vibes, kind intentions and fair arrangements; no shared rooms or camping. If the energy exchange is fair, you'll have my full commitment and I'm more than happy to stay with you for a few months.

Was noch ...

Since 2008 I am freelancing and until now I have gained experience working internationally in hotels, resorts, yoga and meditation retreats, silent retreat centres and yoga schools.

Tasks I enjoy apart from Yoga and holistic therapy is waitressing, running a household including all the necessary tasks (organising, sorting out, cleaning, cooking etc.). I love taking care of animals or plants, exchange languages, interacting and helping other human beings in general. I'm super flexible when it comes to work and always willing to learn new things.

For me the most important thing is being in a peaceful environment with good people, sharing and caring. Good vibes only ! :-)
