Hi there! I'm Jana from Germany and recently finished my master studies in the biomedical field. I love travelling, experiencing new cultures and generally being outdoors. As I didn't have the chance to do so in the last years, I am really exited and looking forward to travel this year again.

Sadly grammer isn't my strongest suit but I love learning basic skills to get around like small-talk and cute and funny catchphrases/sayings in different languages. But I can definitely teach a few things in German since it is my native lanuage.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I enjoy working outdoors and am not afraid to get my hands dirty with anything around a garden or farm. In the last years I got to improve my green thumb by expanding my plant selection at home and planting and harvesting certain fruits and vegetables on the balcony and in the garden. I lived in a shared flat with a fellow student where I got to enjoy cooking and baking and it is always nice to use something for cooking or baking that you grew yourself, even if it is just something small like herbs.

I also did a lot of work with children, babysitting children between 5 and 10 years, doing theater workshops for elementary children as well as working at several holiday camps for 7-14 year olds.

Generally I like to think of myself as a crafty person, fixing things and enjoying DIY projects. I'm a hands-on learner and am always happy to give anything a go and looking forward to adding more skills!

I recently got back into photography and love taking nature pictures like forests, fields etc which goes hand-in-hand with my love for hiking.
