Im 20 years old and I started my travel journey as soon as I could, leaving the UK 5 days after finishing collage. My dream has always been to travel to anywhere and everywhere so as soon as that was possible I did it! Socialising, meeting new people and organising events is one of my favourite things to do. I also love to cook/bake, I'm vegan and have been for over 4 years now (and I love it) cooking foods from other cultures is something I get very excited over and love to experiment. I'm always up for going somewhere new or trying something I never have before. Caring for people has always been something I've been passionate about and I always strive to put a smile on someones face or help them out if possible. In the future my dream is to own a bar that job will allow me to tap into all the things I love e.g. socialising, creativity and I love coming up with new and exciting drinks to make and of course try.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I have a lot of experience working in Resturants, hotels and hostels. Whilst travelling, hostel work has been my main way of volunteering, I enjoy this style of travel as I get to stay in a place for a prolonged period of time meaning I get to experience fully the place I am in, they allow me to meet new people and it teaches me personal skills such as patience, organisation, working under pressure and how to cope with it, decision making skills and also business and commercial skills. I spent six months in Croatia working as a waitress at a vegan, organic, sustainable restaurant, this was my first workaway experience and I had an amazing time! it was a very demanding and heavy workload however it was still one of the best experiences I've ever had. During my travels I have also worked on farms, helped renovate houses/buildings, artwork for businesses, taught English and been an events organiser for hostel's; events including tours of cities, social gatherings for guests, boat parties and working with bar's/clubs. Hostel work is the area of work I enjoy most when travelling, Ive volunteered in the many hostels, ranging from the crazy party city Budapest to quiet Moroccan surf villages.

Was noch ...

I enjoy exploring, and trying new things [im open to pretty much anything]. I love to sing and listen to music especially at concerts and festivals. My favourite thing to do is to go out and socialise, whether that be for drinks, playing cards/board games, hikes, trying a new hobby etc. I really love to cook for friends and I would love to cook for others, I may be vegan but im more than happy to cook meat, cheese, eggs for others. I love anything expressive whether that be art, dancing, photography, music.
