Was könntest du arbeiten?

Born and raised in the village with forester and agronomist and dogs and cats - happy to do some gardening and play with animals, I have some skills in that field! I only milked a cow once in New Zealand so I would not dare to do it again. :) And actually I am looking to improve my other skills - building skills as a part of eco, diy and building projects.
I have masters degree in architecture and urban planning. After graduating in Croatia, I moved to Germany and worked 6 years in one architectural firm - planing mostly bigger (public) buildings. I was also often on constructions sites, learning a lot and solving problems sometimes. I have a lot of theoretical knowledge and can draw and make good sketches, but I miss some practical knowledge and I am looking forward to get some through workaway projects.
Since college I am very interested in sustainable architecture - that is my real passion, next to landscape architecture. Self-sufficient architecture and living is something I would like to practice and live (for). My dream is to plan and build something like tiny homes and earthships, with natural, sustainable and recycled materials and methods. I have my own small construction trailer (that yellow thing in my gallery) I started to rebuild and now I am looking to a similar projects to be a part of.
I would like to help, to build, to get my hands dirty and to get some practical experience. I like to be busy and nothing is difficult to me, not even dirty jobs such as cleaning toilets. I have a lot of experience with that - check the photo of colorful dry toilets in my gallery - I emptied them a lot. :)) The toilets and the clay hut are on a premises of non-profit association I am a part of. I volunteer there and help with a lot of projects going on there - from rebuilding, cleaning to organising events and welcoming people.
I have been volunteering for a long time and been part of many organisations, such as Cyclists' Union in Zagreb, Board of European Students of Technology and Youth alternative center in Rostock. Last year I volunteered at Goulash Disko Festival in Croatia, which was an amazing experience! I gained a lot of practice and planning/organising skills during such organisations and events and I can teach them. Great team spirit I have. :)
Other than that, I have artistic and design skills, sense for aesthetics and beauty. :) I like to draw and do sketches and teach you how to do it. I can speak fluently Croatian, English, German, know some basic French and I am learning now Spanish. I can teach you Croatian, English and German and I am looking forward to language and cultural exchange! :)
Update: I have been traveling and volunteering in in Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Guatemala from April 2022 to April 2023. Been part of great volunteering projects, gained more experience in natural bulding and learned more about nature and myself. :)

Was noch ...

I am resourceful, have the ability to find quick and clever ways to overcome difficulties. I have no fear and I see the obstacles as a challenge, not as a problem. And I solve all the challenges with an ease and humor. I am cheerful, learn fast, think outside of a box and am very considerate and empathic.
I also love to photograph, to cook, to massage, to take care of my plants, ride a bike, take long beach walks, snow and skiing, dogs, sunsets and of course, love to travel. Perfect relaxation for me is in a hammock with a good book. Very open-minded, adaptive and extrovert. And I bake great vegan cakes! :)
