Hello!

My name is In Suk (you can call me Suki) and I am looking for a break from New York City and looking explore more of the world. I love to travel and spent a few months in Mexico a few years ago and it was a rewarding experience in many ways. I have also travelled to Costa Rica, Jamaica, Belize, Honduras, Cuba, Colombia, Portugal, Italy, France, and Spain. I am looking to travel as much as I can and meet some great people and have experiences along the way. I love to learn about the culture and food for every place I visit. I come from a hospitality background of many years with knowledge management which I would love to share my knowledge and passion for the industry.

I have a passion for hospitality coming from starting as a bartender of many years in NY to working up to management. I started working as bartender because I enjoyed meeting and talking with people and it was a place where everyone was having a good time. I take pride in knowing if I did a good job, people would be happy and in return. This is the way people should treat each other.
Also, being in hospitality opened me up to try new cuisines and I am a big foodie. I love to cook as well. I like to try new recipes, and I believe a lot of different cuisines show history and culture of a country. I believe cooking brings people together, also it comes from the heart, and it is a passion of mine.
