Inès, 32 years old, French, currently in New Zealand

I’ve been in New Zealand for a few months, and during these 4 months, I’m looking to train in the coffee industry. It’s a field that really interests me, and I’m ready to invest time and effort to learn and improve in this profession. I’m especially motivated by the opportunity to learn how to work as a barista, with a strong focus on customer service.

In addition, I’ve been fortunate to travel to many places, including Canada, Colombia, Peru, and France, where I did several volunteer experiences through wwoofing and workaway for a year. I worked on farms, a ranch in Canada, at a market on Vancouver Island, and even on a coffee farm in Colombia. These experiences allowed me to adapt to different environments and meet incredible people.

I would describe myself as a cheerful, positive person who is always happy in the moment, especially while traveling. People often say I fit in well everywhere, and nothing really scares me. I’m very open-minded and love discussing all kinds of topics. I’m naturally curious and never tire of learning and discovering new things.

I don’t like norms, conventions, or routines. For me, the true philosophy of life is tolerance, and I believe it’s essential to avoid endless judgments. Living freely, with respect for others, is my way of seeing things. I don’t believe in any particular religion, but I want to live in peace and contribute to improving the world during the time we have left.

Life is really amazing, and every new adventure proves that more and more each day. :)

Riding Horse is a passion since childhood, I dream of owning one or two a day, after exploring the world. I can also gardening, cooking/nutrition, create discussion : exchange ideas and debate, french langage, child care.

For my part, I would like to learn English to speak it fluently and learn spanish, learn about natur and different way of life, some recipes, the right places and countries to visit... and anything other. I am interested in almost everything, I think.
