Beschreibung

Hello! We are Giselle and Santiago from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
We started travelling in August of 2022 and we have no return date in sight.
We are quite passionate when it comes to learning about the infinite cultures of the world thru real-life experiences with the locals
We are aware of the problems that tourism brings, so we try to do activities that do not have a negative impact on the countries we visit.
We are interested in being able to integrate into local activities and learn about the different ways people live and think.
We have been wanting to volunteer for the longest time since we believe the cultural exchange allows us to learn a lot from other people.
We are both very interested in sustainable agriculture and have had experiences in that area. We both love plants, animals and natural life.
We want for our future to form a simple life, surrounded by nature, being able to have time for personal development.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Giselle:
I am an architect, I would love to help by offering my experience in the field of construction, at the same time I would like to learn and put into practice new sustainable construction methods. I am very creative, I love designing and creating constructive solutions. I have worked designing departments and carrying out project development from the conceptual stages to the construction stages in different architecture studios in Buenos Aires. I am a problem solver and responsible in whatever I do, I always like to give the best of me.

Santiago:
I have studied image and sound design in Buenos Aires, owing the final thesis. I have been participating in cultural centers that function as work cooperatives for more than 5 years. There he produced artistic events of all kinds (musical cycles with artistic intervention, Tango dance and music cycles, film cycles, etc). And there I gained some construction skills, preparation of mix, construction of walls, laying of floors and tiles. Accompanied by someone with more knowledge in construction, I function in a very good way, with a lot of energy and can be very productive. I need to gain confidence through experience. At the moment I am in that search mainly with natural construction (looking for courses, whether they are voluntary or not, for the construction in Bamboo).I also have experience in gardening, soil preparation, leveling, grass placement, pruning, care and maintenance of plants, cactus and succulents.
