I love being outside, in and with nature. There’s a lot of happiness and satisfaction for me in having a plate full of gifts and goodness from my garden. I am out on a quest to experience and learn more about simple and sustainable living - free of dogma, but guided by intuition.

My background is divers… I did my highschool with focus an languages (Spanisch, Englisch, Russian) and Geography. I studied «international Forest Ecosystem Mangement» (BSc) and «Mountain Forestry» (MSc) – which both combined my interest in speaking different languages, knowing different cultures, my love and fascination for forests and mountains and finding sustainable ways of living in and with nature.
I have worked in scientific projects, have travelled, lived in Brazil and Finland, Austria and now for the last almost 20 years in Switzerland. I seized serving as a volunteer here and there. I have worked in retreat centers (cleaning, cooking, reception, as waitress, translating retreats, training new employees). I spend three magical summers on a mountain pasture in the Swiss Alps, tending to the animals and the land, helping with making cheese and enjoying the life in the rhythm with nature. A very satisfying but short (seasonal) work was with the Swiss Nationalpark where I did field work (research) and guided tours for visitors.
Over the last 4 years I have been living quite remotely in the most beautiful Swiss mountains (1500 m asl), which has been a very beautiful and at times challenging period. For the first time I had a really big garden (see pic) where I started to learn a lot on my own about crop rotation, mixed cultivation, pruning, composting, harvesting, preserving… - it has been quite an adventure, also with the very limited growing season and changing weather systems. And I crave to learn more, create more, discover more.
I am also helping the farmers making hay on their steep slopes.
There is no bigger pleasure for me than eating food that vibrates with aliveness, freshness and love. I love to eat and cook my own grown veggies or those from other gardeners or small scale farmers. I am experimenting with sourdough bread (being a German its hard to find good bread ;o) ). And I collect medicinal herbs and make my own teas, tinctures and oils.
I love animals, I used to have a dog.
In my free time I seek silence/stillness in nature on hikes; I enjoy dancing, biking, getting massages, creating art, meditating, swimming (I love water), meeting friends... I involve myself in authentic relating (e.g. HeartIQ), inner growth, trauma integration.
I am physically fit, open and curious, I am responsible, committed and careful. I have a keen perception and am an eager learner – by doing, experiencing, and experimenting.
I have done and am doing a lot of work on myself – wanting to remember my true beingness, my true heart, truth itself... and am opening up more and more to the complexity of life and the human existence, trying to surrender to being present in the moment with what is...
I have challenges with patience, perfectionism, fear of failure, trusting and valueing my own unique way and intuition, my qualifications, talents and values. I am still learning to know my boundaries and my needs; and to respect them.
I have been living alone for the last 4 years, which I chose after having experienced different forms of co-living (flat share, community, couple).. I need privacy/space for myself/alonetime to regenerate and regulate and also seek authentic community and shared values and work.
I speak German and Swiss-German as well as English fluently, and I have a thorough basis of Spanish and Portuguese language skills which can be re-activated quickly.
At this moment in my life my soul and my body are longing for a place which is blessed with a warm climate, where I can work outside, in a team and on my own and deepen my experience of sustainable living, permaculture (with and on our earth and the beings on it, including us humans).Alter
