J'ai déjà quelques expériences avec Workaway et j'espère que ce ne sera pas la dernière !
Je vis au Québec depuis 2019 et je suis en bonne voie pour m'installer pour de bon !
Archéologue de formation, j'ai eu un parcours et une vie pleine de mouvement et de rencontres. J'ai réalisé une formation en soudure pour émigrer et pouvoir m'installer en région. Des changements dans ma situation m'ont permis de me dégager un temps précieux pour voyager et retenter l'aventure du workaway et apprendre de nouveaux savoirs et compétences utiles.
J'ai l'habitude de travailler assidument, je suis curieux de tout les savoirs faire et je ne rechigne pas à la difficulté. Mes différentes expériences de vie m'ont rendues facile à vivre, toujours de bonne humeur et easy going. Je chercherais toujours la discussion plutôt que le conflit et je m'adapte très bien au travail en équipe.

Hello !
I’m originally from France. I moved to Québec (Canada) five years ago. This summer would be my first time back in Japan in 16 years.
I’ve lived in Japan as a child with my mother, who lived there for about 18 years, and family. We would return for every summers holidays up to my 11th birthday. My family live in Tokyo and Chigasaki :)
I’m gonna be in Japan for three month this summer, most with Japanese family members, but I’m searching for a nice experience to pursue through July.

Je me débrouille dans le bricolage et la rénovation, de même j'ai une formation de soudeur et je suis capable de travailler avec tout les procédés :)
J'ai travaillé dans un centre de production d'art et je suis formé en menuiserie, finition, peinture et travail du métal.
Je commence à me former doucement au jardinage et au soins des plantes en général, je produis déjà pas mal de chose moi même niveau cuisine, conservation, transformation, alcools, produits ménagés et d'hygiène.
Je suis enthousiaste au travail manuel en extérieur.
Je suis aussi capable d'aider ou d'apprendre certaines compétences informatiques et en langue Française/Anglaise au besoin.
Je suis aussi plongeur !

In Canada, I live with my girlfriend (and cats) and we plan to live off grid in a forest house. I’m a professional welder. I currently work in an art production center downtown, where I do metal work, carpentry and plenty of other projects.
I’ve had a few other workaway experiences in Canada in offgrid communities, ecovillages, small organic farms and beekeepers. So I have some experience in gardening and plant caring.
Working in garden ins’t a problem and I’d love to learn your ways.

Was noch ...
I have traveled a lot during my youth and later on because of my archeological studies, so I’m pretty open minded and easy going. I want to share many good moments with people and to reconnect with the Japanese way of life. Living slowly in the countryside, immersed in the life of a local family, is how I want to experience it. I hope we can share many fun stories and delicious meals !
